The History of Western Building MaintenanceWestern Building Maintenance has been in operated in Idaho, Utah, Washington, and Oregon since 1962. At that time, we were working out of a garage and used a 1947 Chevy van to carry our service supplies. We took care of a few small buildings, some restaurants, and bars. We then started to pursue executive offices and specialized in the full service concept. We washed windows, waxed floors, cleaned ceiling tiles, mowed lawns, swept parking lots, and cleaned carpets. We have provided the best janitorial service available, and geared our operation to be totally responsive to the needs of our clientele. In 1976, WBM incorporated and developed a very concentrated marketing effort that has paid off. Today we are proud to be one of the largest service companies in Idaho. The expansion into neighboring states has helped us provide a broad-based service program. This growth will not over shadow our roots, nor will we forget that "Service is our Business." The ever-growing janitorial business is only one of the specialty services we provide. Western Building Maintenance has provided service to thousands of satisfied customers over the more than 42 years we have been in business. We create a healthier environment to live and work in.
